Private Calls update

Members can now call you on your site for Private Calls. Turn on Private Calls on your Dashboard, customize the settings and options for duration, price, call type, and who can access your private call feature. Those who have access will see a phone icon on your site and when clicked, a pop-up window to show them the terms and cost, and a prompt to add money to their wallet to pre-pay for the call.
