Chat page updates

We’ve completely redone the chat page. This includes a new look and feel, and many functional updates, including:

Chats can now be sorted by recency, days subscribed, total spent, and time on site.

Chats can now be filtered by response status, tag, membership, message status, message cost, and online status.

Conversations can now also be closed and opened.

Plus more options coming soon!
