We have updated the membership Free Download Limits! You can now:

• Customize the number of free downloads per rebill period.
• Specify whether free downloads are provided once at join, or every rebill period.
• Set free downloads for photosets.
• Specify whether unused downloads are carried forward or reset each billing period.
• Allow paid downloads after the free download limit is reached.

Pay by Bank EU

• Pay by Bank for EU has been added.
• No chargeback risk.

We've added a Vendo integration which gives us Pay By Bank and SEPA for European members. Pay By Bank is a popular and zero risk payment solution for the EU region.

Pay By Bank is available for one-time payments (wallet top-ups, store purchases, content unlock, tips, one-time membership).

For recurring memberships, users will be prompted to use SEPA (after the initial Pay by Bank transaction).

We now offer Virtual Reality videos with a built-in web player that supports up to 8K resolution and 360° playback. Users can also enjoy immersive experiences on their computer, tablet, or phone with 2D viewing.

80% Reduction for Enhanced Video Security (RM)

DRM is now 0.05 USD per active member/month (originally 0.25 USD).

Original file backup is now a flat fee of 0.016 USD per GB/month (originally a range of 0.034-0.069 USD per GB/month).

We have made a huge number of updates to our memberships system! Here's what's new:

Best offer labels

Customizable labels allow you to add a unique label to ONE of your memberships. This is typically used to indicate which is the "Best offer". ​

Flexible pricing

All memberships must offer a 30-day price. This allows us to set a baseline comparison between the memberships and show discount percentages. Clicking the Modify pricing button will show a popup window where you set your prices for all memberships.

Access comparison

Easily compare which content is available with which membership. This comparison is available to you and your site visitors.

Trial periods

A trial period allows you to offer a discount for the first payment. You can also prevent users from signing up for free trials in the future.

Auto benefits

The benefits section is automatically populated with content access. For example, if you have given Bronze memberships access to 50 videos, it will show "Access to 50 videos". When you add more videos, the count is automatically increased.

Automatic discount labels

Discount labels are automatically applied based on the discounts given for longer time periods.​

Duration

Set an amount of time after which you would like the membership to be unpublished (hidden from the public). Use the Show public countdown to show a countdown timer.

The bulk editor has been updated with a number of improvements for video and photoset edits:

• Updated section views, bulk edit button styles, and card overlays
• If all selected content has the same setting (e.g. all marked SFW), the system will show the correct checkbox state except for Access Settings and Info panel (Models, Collections, Content tags)
• If selected content has different settings, they’ll be marked as Mixed, or the checkbox will show a horizontal line
• You can now apply changes only to selected memberships by selecting ONLY selected memberships option and selecting memberships. When this is done, and the previously selected option was “Same settings for all memberships,” the system will switch to “Different settings for each membership option.” The unselected memberships will keep the old settings from the previous option.
• If you leave “Mixed” fields untouched, the system will not change them, only the settings you edit will be updated. Example: If you only uncheck Show public countdown, you don’t need to touch the Duration dropdown (Which will shows “Mixed”) just uncheck the checkbox.​

We have made a huge number of updates to our transactions page! We have:

1. Removed the 'Wallet transactions' section and merged it with all transactions.
2. Moved 'Abandoned' event from 'Transactions' to 'Activity' section.
3. Changed 'Payment method' and 'Payment processor' to just 'Method' and 'Processor'.
4. Added 'MMS Wallet' to 'Methods'.
5. Added 'mymember.site' as a new option under 'Processors'.
6. Added a 'Terms' column, which will show 'One time' for all payments except memberships, where it will show the membership term.
7. Added a horizontal scroll.
8. Updated the item names - Every content item (called 'Item name' on the front end) is now clickable and will open in a new tab in 'Edit' mode.
9. Added total transaction count. On mouseover, the system will show more detailed info.
10. Added a VPN icon near the IP if the member is using a VPN.
11. Updated the 'Member card' component: Added a copy button near the username/nickname and added email on the card with a copy button.
12. Made bug fixes and made all events behave consistently.
